Food is so healthy and refreshing. There are good vegetarian choices and a kid menu. Service is quick and staff is polite. Loved the falafel bowl (chickpeas are amazing)and Italian wrap.

I love this place for healthy, delicious salad and noodle bowls! There are SO many plant-based options, the smoothies are refreshing and delicious and they also offer protein powders to give your smoothie and day a little extra pick me up. The produce is always extremely fresh and so good! If you are health conscious, or just want to try something different I say go for it! Love this place, we are so lucky to have it in Truro. 10/10 recommend.

I got a salad bowl today. It was yummy. Actually this bowl is a remake of my last order because of a small mistake. They contacted me through the email for an apology and offered me a new bowl. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bowl they made me this time was so delicious and the dining area is clean and spacious.
